The following guns appear in the film Gran Torino:
Walt Kowalski (Clint Eastwood) uses an M1 Garand that he kept from the Korean War to chase Thao Vang Lor (Bee Vang) out of his garage and scare the Hmong gangmembers off his lawn.
Colt M1911A1
Walt Kowalski (Clint Eastwood) uses a Colt M1911A1 that he kept from the Korean War to scare the "Spooks" away from Thao's sister Sue Lor (Ahney Her), and is seen carrying it around in many scenes. It should be noted the handgun looks far too shiny and new for a fifty-year-old gun. However this, along with the condition of his Gran Torino, shows the meticulous care his character takes with his belongings. Walt carries it around in his belt without a holster.
MAC-10
MAC-10s are used by the Hmong gang members to shoot up the Lor's house during a drive-by.
IMI Uzi
Smokie (Sonny Vue) flashes an IMI Uzi when arguing with the Hispanic gangsters.
