High tech pistol with racking foregrip
Used by Lyle Atwood (Jason Schombing) as a personal defense weapon, this science fiction (SBR) Short barreled rifle is in reality a modified .44 Magnum Desert Eagle Pistol, but with a larger futuristic shell. At the beginning of the scene, the weapon is represented as some sort of shotgun, with a 'rack' and then it fires large single shots which obliterate furniture, however, by the end of the scene, the weapon is depicted to be a pistol with a racking fore grip.
- This is the same gun used on Stargate:Atlantis. The show's armorer, Rob Fournier, specifically said in an interview that it's a .44 Magnum Desert Eagle, and he also mentioned that the gun was originally built for this movie even though it's been re-used on the Stargate shows. -MT2008
Custom M16A1 rifles
Used by TEC guards, the firing versions of the guards weapons were M16A1 rifles with free floating barrels (and cylindrical shrouds) along with a Bell & Carlson Thumbhole stock.
Modelgun Corp MGC16 Replica Rifle
When not being fired, all TEC guards have MGC Replica M16 Rifles
Glock 17
Carried by TEC Internal Affairs agent Sarah Fielding (Gloria Reuben) and also the local police officers.
Custom Assault Pistol
These very strange looking and angular assault pistols were used in the Civil war sequence. These guns were also used in other shows filmed in Canada, such as Cobra: The Series however they are of an unknown variant. It was assumed at the time of the film that these were imported or Canadian manufactured assault pistols which were unable to be imported into the U.S. as a result of the Assault Weapon Ban of 1994, however, some have opined that these are just dressed up Kimel AP-9 pistols.
