The following guns were used in the movie I Am Legend
M4A1 Carbine
Robert Neville (Will Smith) uses an M4A1 Carbine with ACOG sight attachment throughout the movie (earlier in the film, it has a Pentagon rail mounted flashlight and a laser sight, but these later vanish after the scene in which he captures the female vampire; perhaps they were damaged when he falls out of the window). M4A1s are also used by many of the military personnel seen evacuating Neville and his family from New York City during the flashback scenes.
Beretta M92FS
Neville's (Will Smith) nightstand pistol is a Beretta M92FS or M9 (more likely the latter, since Neville is ex-military).
Heckler & Koch Mark 23 SOCOM pistol
Neville (Will Smith) kills the infected dogs in I Am Legend with an Olive Drab H&K Mk 23 Mod 0 "SOCOM".
M67 Hand Grenade
Robert Neville (Will Smith) pulls out an M67 hand grenade in the climax of the movie.
