Heckler & Koch USP Match
The Heckler & Koch USP Match returns from Half-life 2 as the "Handgun" it's based on the 9x19mm chambered variant and is equipped with TRU-DOT Adjustable Night Sights, it correctly uses a 18+1 round magazine, the pistol is used by the City 545 resistance and combine city police.

MP7
The Heckler & Koch MP7 returns from Half life 2 as the "Sub-machine gun" unlike its older half life variant it removes the second barrel and remodels it from the Mp7 prototype to the standard Mp7, despite the model feeding a 20-round magazine in game it uses 45-rounds in game, it is used by standard combine units, Resistance and Black Battalion members.

MP5SD3
The MP5SD3 is based on the MP5SD3 From Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, it has been re-animated and has seen minor improvement's, it has is stock collapsed at all time, and the iron sights are incorrectly lined up, it is used by the Professor,Black Battalion "Storm troopers" and liquidators in the bonus chapter.

Ak74
The Ak74 appears in game as the "Pre-War Assault Rifle", it's a modified version of the "AK47" from Counter-Strike: Global Offensive but with a 5.54x39 Bakelite magazine, altered iron-sights and a under-barrel GP-30, it is found in act 3 in a bunker and is also used by Black Battalion "storm-troopers", it's the only gun to have an achievement linked it.

Overwatch Standard Issue Pulse Rifle (AR2)
The Overwatch Standard Issue Pulse Rifle (Called Ar2 in game), is a fictional weapon mainly used by the Combine. It fires powerful pulse energy rounds from 30-round pulse plugs. Its secondary fire mode is a dark energy orb launcher, which launches orbs of dark energy that can disintegrate enemies, it feeds from "spark plugs" and a container of "dark energy which is loaded into the right side of the rifle.
Mosin Nagant Model 1938 Carbine
The Mosin Nagant Model 1938 Carbine appears in game as "sniper rifle" and is found in act 1 of Swelter where is first given in a tutorial like sniper section, it feeds from a 5-round clip, has a down-turned bolt and a Soviet PU scope, a scopeless model 1938 carbine is used by an NPC miner at the start of act 2, this variant can only be used by the player by using cheats

Shotguns
Spas-12
The Spas-12 returns from Half-Life 2 as just "Shotgun", it still has the HL2 problem of despite being modelled with an 8-round tube only holding 6+1, the spas-12 is seen without a stock in game, unlike its half life 2 brethren it does not mistake the tube for a second barrel and instead when "alt-fired" it fires 2 shots in quick succession, it is used by Overwatch shotgunners, resistance shotgunners, and Black Battalion Stormtroopers.

Grenades/Rocket launchers
M79
The M79 first appears in the last map of chapter 2 where it's given by the Black Battalion to shoot down a combine helicopter, it has it's "Leaf sights" down at all times and can't be aimed unlike every other ranged weapon in game, its Grenades are found earlier on in chapter 1 in the room of a rather explosive character and in chapter 2 in hidden stashes and is thrown like an Impact Grenade.

Ghetto Resistance RPG
A Panzerschreck RPzB 54/1 inspired rocket launcher is used as a mounted weapon by the city 545 resistance in Swelter, unlike the German weapon it's based off it is loaded from the front like the British PIAT anti-tank launchers and lacks back blast, it is aimed by using the handles of a bicycle, it fires the same ammo as the "RPG" from Half-Life 2.

Grenades
MK3A2 Offensive Hand Grenade
The MK3 offensive hand grenade appears in game as just "Grenade", like its older Half-Life 2 brethren it has been reanimated, it is primarily found in puzzle sections with turrets, ammo resupply boxes and hidden stashes in chapter 2, it is commonly used by Combine soldiers if a player "camps" behind cover for too long.

Impact Grenade
The "Grenade for launcher" is just a 40mm shell but with a strange "wind-up" modification, unlike real 40mm grenades that have a minimum arming range the shell instantly explodes on impact, like stated in the M79 section the ammo is found early in chapter 1.
