Action: Source is a standalone Source Engine version of the 2002 Half-Life mod, Action Half-Life and is inspired by action movies like Die Hard and A Better Tomorrow. It is a part of the Action mod series by the same developers along with AQtion and Action-Quake 2. The game emphasizes "Movie Realism" by allowing players to dodge-roll, dolphin dive, and bunny-hop along with the ability to kick and bandage themselves up instantly, paired with deadly combat and fairly realistic weapons handling. The game features a rather realistic ammo system where remaining ammo in the magazine is lost during tactical reloads.

The following weapons appear in the video game Action: Source:

Handguns

Handguns are the most common weapon in the game, and feature both "tactical" and "empty" reloads. Most handguns can be duel-wielded, an obvious reference to John Woo movies.

Beretta 92FS

The Beretta 92FS, called "Beretta", in game, is modeled after the two tone-variant of the Beretta 92FS. It incorrectly has a 3-round burst option, and can be duel-wielded.

Springfield Armory Mil-Spec M1911A1

The Springfield Armory Mil-Spec M1911A1 is referred to as the "1911a1" in-game. It is based directly on the custom golden Springfield Armory M1911A1 used by Nicolas Cage in Face/Off.

Fitting the Mil-Spec M1911A1 with a suppressor makes it a bit more stealthy, as much as a shiny golden M1911 can be, I suppose.

Desert Eagle Mark XIX

The Desert Eagle Mark XIX, just called "Deagle" in-game, is the only magazine-fed sidearm that can't use a suppressor. It features custom iron sights, and produces the distinctive "ring of fire" after every shot. It is also featured in the HUD icon for the "quick draw" equipment with a suppressor, despite not being able to use one in-game.

Colt Single Action Army

The Single Action Army is called the "colt saa" [sic], and is based on the "Cavalry" model. Its the only sidearm that can't equip attachments. After each shot, the Single Action Army is either cocked by the thumb or in a "fanning" action.

Smith & Wesson Model 629 Competitor

The Smith & Wesson Model 629 Competitor is just called "Magnum" and is the slowest firing sidearm. Despite using a speedloader and dropping unused rounds it does not discard ammo when relaoding.

Shotguns

Mossberg 500 Cruiser

The Mossberg 500 Cruiser is simply called the "Shotgun". It is based on a Mossberg 500 Cruiser modified with a foregrip and an removed heat-shield. It feeds from a six-shell tube magazine and has four separate pump-action animations. Its configuration is a clear reference to the Duke Nukem 3D "Shotgun". It cannot use any attachments.

Sawed-Off Double Barrel Shotgun

A generic Sawed-Off Double Barrel Shotgun appears as "Hand cannon" in reference to Action Quake. Like the Mossberg 500 Cruiser, it cannot use attachments. Its primary fire shoots both barrels at the same time, whilst the secondary fires one.

Submachine Guns

MP5K

The MP5K is the sole submachine gun in the game and as such is known as simply "Submachine gun". The MP5K is held in a sideways or "Gangsta style" position and can fire in full-auto or three-round burst because of its "Navy" trigger group.

Rifles

Colt M4A1

The M4A1 appears in game as just "Assault Rifle". It's incorrectly shown as having the ability to fire in both full-auto and three-round bursts, furthermore, despite feeding from a 30-round STANAG, it only holds 24 rounds of 5.56x45mm.

Accuracy International Arctic Warfare Suppressed

The Accuracy International Arctic Warfare Suppressed appears in game simply as "Sniper Rifle" with a tan tinted stock. Despite being an integrally suppressed rifle, it can mount a suppressor. Like many Source games, the scope is an overlay, not an actual scope. It holds an underloaded six rounds in a magazine instead of 10.
