The following weapons were used in the film Militia:
Commercial CAR-15XM177-style rifles are used by ATF Agents and militia members. Upon close inspection, these are actually the Olympic Arms K3B CAR, which is the Olympic Arms commercial XM177-pattern clone sold in the U.S. until the mid-1990s. Notably, they all feature M16A2-style receivers (not found on any genuine XM177 variation) and long "mock" XM177 flash hiders that lack sound suppression capabilities.
Ruger Mini-14 Muzzelite
ATF Agents can be seen armed with Ruger Mini-14 Muzzelites when they attack the Nike Missile Silo.
Rifles
Ruger Mini-14
William Fain (Frederic Forrest) is first seen in a file photo armed with a Ruger Mini-14. Several members of his militia are also armed with the Ruger Mini-14.
Most of Montgomery's men are armed with Cobray M11/9s; one is commandeered by ATF Agent Carter.
Heckler & Koch HK94A2/A3 (chopped and converted)
The SWAT teams that assault Cyberdyne are mainly armed with Heckler & Koch HK94s with the 16" barrels chopped down and converted to full auto to resemble MP5A3s and MP5A2s. These were all seen in scenes taken from stock footage of Terminator 2.
Shotguns
Winchester 1300
One of Fain's men uses a Winchester 1300 shotgun when the compound is attacked.
Remington 870
A Policeman outside the Cyberdyne building is seen with a Remington 870 shotgun.
Ithaca 37
Another police officer can be seen with a Ithaca 37 shotgun outside of the Cyberdyne building. This is taken from the film Terminator 2: Judgment Day.
Sniper Rifles
Heckler & Koch SR9(T)
ATF Agent Ethan Carter (Dean Cain) uses a Heckler & Koch SR9T during the attack on William Fain's compound in the beginning of the film.
Heavy Weapons
M60D Machinegun
ATF Agents fire on militia men with M60D Machineguns.
Carl Gustav M2
William Fain uses a Carl Gustav M2 launcher to destroy an ATF helicopter. Not the typical use for this weapon since it is an unguided anti-tank weapon.
Trivia
Stock Footage
Much like other Jim Wynorski films, this one relies heavily on reused stock footage from more notable higher budget films.
Unidentified
Unidentified Rifle
William Fain's son uses a small bolt action rifle in the beginning of the film to shoot at a deer.
