A Beretta 92FS with a compensator is seen in an Instagram-like post in "Trying to Get Smoke" (S1E07).
CZ 75
The CZ 75 is seen in "One Kind of Madman" with Ivo Kostov (Roberto Davide) and by Michael Vestel (Gabriel Olds) in "One Point One Million Followers" (S1E12).
CZ 75 SP-01 SHADOW
A suspect pulls what appears to be a high polish stainless CZ 75 SP-01 SHADOW pistol in "Left of Boom" (S1E16).
Glock 17
The Glock 17 is used as a recurring weapon, most notably with the Fly Team.
Glock 19
FBI SA Omar Adom "O. A." Zidan (Zeeko Zaki) uses a Glock 19 when he flies to Croatia to assist Forrester's Fly Team. It's also seen with other characters.
Glock 26
The Glock 26 is used by Europol liaison officer Katrin Jaeger (Christiane Paul) as her personal sidearm. Raines and Vo uses them while going undercover.
The Makarov PM is used in "The Soul of Chess" and in "Chew Toy".

A M1911A1 is seen with Stepan Pavlovic in "Crestfallen".
SIG-Sauer P226R
The SIG-Sauer P226R is used by rogue Belgian soldier Corporal Patrick Jans (Vinzenz Kiefer) in "Get that Revolution Started". In "Crestfallen", it's used by Vladislav Pavolovic (Adam Fidusiewicz) as his sidearm.
SIG-Sauer P228
The SIG-Sauer P228 is used by a Belgian uniformed Federal Police officer in "Get that Revolution Started".
SIG P250 Compact
The SIG P250 Compact is seen briefly in "Shouldn't Have Left Her" with Detective Ledar Tolka (Luka Peros) after he takes it from a corrupt Kosovo Police officer.
Tokarev TT-33
The Tokarev TT-33 is used by Raines when he goes solo in Pristina in "Shouldn't Have Left Her". It's seen from time to time with various suspects since it's a cheap firearm a criminal or terrorist can get in Europe.
Walther P99
The Walther P99 is used by two thieves in Zurich in "Secrets as Weapons".

Brügger & Thomet APC9 K PRO submachine guns with attached suppressors and holographic sights are used by the Budapest Fly Team while conducting a raid in "One Kind of Madman".
An AKS-47 is seen in crime scene photo on the corkboard inside the FBI Budapest Fly office.
5.45mm AK Rifle
What appear to be prop 5.45 AK rifles are used by Albanian National Army gunmen in Bulgaria in "One Kind of Madman". A KP Special Intervention Unit operator is seen with AKs outfitted with railed foregrips and flashlights at the end of "Shouldn't Have Left Her".
Custom AK Build
KP Special Intervention Unit operators are seen with customized 7.62x39 AKs outfitted with railed handguards, EOTech sights, and telescopic stocks at the end of "Shouldn't Have Left Her".
