Baby Assassins (Japanese title: ベイビーわるきゅーれ, Beibî warukyûre; lit. "Baby Valkyries") is a 2021 action-comedy film starring Akari Takaishi and Saori Izawa as Chisato Sugimoto and Mahiro Fukugawa, two high school students moonlighting as hitmen who find their friendship falling apart as the hitman organization they work for orders them to share an apartment. As their assassinations draw the attention of the Hamaoka yakuza family, who plan to kill the girls themselves, the two of them realize that they must repair their friendship and work together to keep themselves and each other safe. The film would go on to gain a very positive response from both audiences and critics around the world, with praise going to the film's tone and direction, the chemistry of the main stars, and action choreography.
