BuyBust is a 2018 action-thriller film. The film follows Nina Manigan (Anne Curtis), a police officer and the lone survivor of a failed drug raid assigned to a Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency squad on a mission to track down and kill drug kingpin Biggie Chen (Arjo Atayde) in his hideout in the labyrinthine and densely-populated neighborhood and shanty town Barangay Gracia ni Maria (Mary's Grace). The film recieved a mixed-to-positive reception upon its release, with reviewers commonly criticizing the film as a copy of 2011's The Raid: Redemption and for its' unclear political commentary on the Philippine Drug War, but praising the acting and action sequences.
