Money Heist: Korea – Joint Economic Area is the 2022 Korean adaptation of the 2017-2021 Spanish crime drama Money Heist. The series takes place in 2025, in a future where South and North Korea are undergoing a reunification process and follows a group of criminals led by an individual only known as "the Professor" as they attempt to take control of and print money in the Unified Korea Mint of the Joint Economic Area, an economic zone on the border of the two Koreas.

The Glock 17 is used by multiple characters. The 3rd generation Glock 17 serves as Lee "Tokyo" Hong-dan (Jeon Jong-seo)'s sidearm, and is also seen with multiple South Korean Special Operations Unit officers. A 5th generation Glock 17 also appears in the crisis task force's briefing of the heist.
