Walther P99

In the pilot episode Detective Lucinda (Anne Dudek) uses a Walther P99 at the police shooting range before handing the weapon off to Shawn Spencer (James Roday) who procedes to fire several shots each adjacent to the Detective's hits.

Ruger P89

In the same episode mentioned above a suspect kidnaps Shawn and holds him at gun point in Lassiter's home with a Ruger P89 until Lassiter puts a round in his shoulder with his PPK.

Desert Eagle

In one episode Shawn, Gus (Dule Hill), and Lyin' Ryan (Jonathan Silverman) are pursued by assassins armed with Desert Eagle pistols. This weapon is also used by Treasury Department Special Agent Lars Ewing (Lou Diamond Phillips) in the episode "Psy Vs. Psy", an odd weapon for a federal agent to use.
