The following guns were used in the film XXX 2: State of the Union
Smith & Wesson Performance Center Model 629 (Customized)
When Darius Stone (Ice Cube) breaks into the XXX headquarters, he is armed with the exact same modified Smith & Wesson Model 629 that was used by Xander Cage (Vin Diesel) in the first XXX. Agent Toby Lee Shavers (Michael Roof) can also be seen with it during the raid on the NSA compound before he and Gibbons make their escape using the GTO from the previous film.
Beretta 92F Vertec 1A
This is Darius Stone's sidearm for most of the movie. The Vertec 1A has an Elite II slide, but a perfectly vertical grip and front of trigger guard of vertec Series
Mk 48 Mod 0
This the SOCOM version of the M249 is the weapon used by Darius Stone (Ice Cube) in the Capitol attack scene; it is later traded to Augustus Gibbons (Samuel L. Jackson) when Darius picks up an XM8 with an M203. It is fitted with a C-More red dot sight and tactical light under the barrel.
M16A2
The M16A2 assault rifle can be seen in the hands of the U.S. Army soldiers and Marines throughout the movie.
M4A1
The M4A1 carbine is used by many of the NSA security forces throughout the movie, most fitted with Surefire M500AB forearm weaponlights and is later carried by Agent Kyle Steele (Scott Speedman) during the scene at the Capitol, fitted with the aforementioned weaponlight and a Leupold CQ/T scope. The S.W.A.T. team sent to take down Stone at the mansion are also armed with M4A1s.
(Fake) Heckler & Koch XM8
General George Deckart (Willem Dafoe)'s men are seen using Heckler & Koch XM8 rifles throughout the movie, which are actually heavily modified G36Ks made to look like XM8s. Some are seen with underbarrel M203 grenade launchers. One of these weapons is acquired by Darius during the scene at the Capitol.
Heckler & Koch USP Compact Tactical
General Deckart's right-hand man, Lt. Colonel Alabama Cobb (John G. Connolly), carries a Heckler & Koch USP Compact Tactical throughout the movie. Later in the film, Cobb gives this weapon to Deckart on the Presidential Bullet Train, and he uses it in the movie's finale.
Colt XSE M1911
Agent Augustus Gibbons (Samuel L. Jackson) has a customized Stainless Colt XSE M1911 pistol, which he loses and Darius finds on the floor of the mansion.
M203
The M203 grenade launcher is seen mounted on the XM8 rifles. Darius Stone Ice Cube is later seen using this weapon on the Bullet Train. The M203 is modified with a handle so it it can be used as a stand alone weapon.
SIG-Sauer P226R
SIG-Sauer P226Rs fitted with tactical lights are used by the NSA agents in the movie, including Kyle Steele.
Unknown M1911 variants
Several M1911 derivatives are seen throughout the movie. Gibbons is usually seen using pistols of this type, and Stone finds some type of high-capacity 1911 (Para Ordnance?) on the floor of the mansion when he is being framed for murder. A compact 1911 is also seen in Gibbons' safe in his house when he is getting stuff out of there. He takes it with him, only to lose it when he is captured.
Most likely a Springfield.
The 1911 in the pic above is a rearsenaled World War 1 era Colt m1911. Notice the flat mainspring housing, there are no cut outs present behind the trigger, smaller grip safety tang, long 1911 type trigger, ect. It also has a set of World War 2 era Key Fibre grips installed. This was a common practice during WW2 to rearsenal 1911's to be like 1911a1's during the war to provide enough guns for soldiers during the war when supply couldn't meet demand for WW2 era 1911a1's. This particular gun also looks to have a Remington Rand 1911a1 slide fitted on the WW1 frame, another common practice found on Refurbished guns to have mis matched parts as guns were generally taken apart in bulk for repairs and put back together with random parts to build complete guns.
