Glock 17
Patrick Bateman (Christian Bale) takes out a Glock 17 (more than likely a 2nd Generation variant standing in for the Gen 1) from under his coat to execute the kitten at the ATM, but is stopped by a random woman (Joyce R. Korbin). An enraged Patrick kills her, attracting attention of the police. During the chase, he shoots the police, exploding their car. After the massacre of the police, Bateman enters the office building and kills the security guard and the janitor.
1st Note: In the novel, Bateman uses a ".357 Magnum" kept in a holster, which he later attaches a suppressor to. Suppressors generally don't work on revolvers, as Bateman soon finds out, when he kills a homeless man with it and, not realizing the ineffectiveness of a suppressed revolver, the gunshot nearly deafens him.
2nd Note: the Glock 17 used is more likely to be the Gen 2 variant standing in for the Gen 1 variant (which was imported to the USA in 1986), if it's truly the Gen 2 variant, then it's slightly anachronistic since the film takes place in 1986-1987 and the Gen 2 variant was introduced a year later in 1988. Though this shouldn't be taken seriously, since the whole sequence is most likely his imagination, given the police cars' explosion.
Heckler & Koch P7M8
One of the "Charlie's Angels" dancers at the club during the film's opening holds a Heckler & Koch P7M8 pistol.
Ruger Mark II
One of the "Charlie's Angels" dancers (Leanne Poirier Greenfield) at the club during the film's opening is holding what appears to be a Ruger Mark II pistol with a tapered barrel.
Walther PPK
One of the "Charlie's Angels" dancers at the club during the film's opening holds a Walther PPK pistol.
Smith & Wesson Model 10 HB
New York City police officers fire their service Smith & Wesson Model 10 HB pistols during a shootout with Bateman.
Shotguns
Remington 870 Compact
Patrick Bateman keeps a Remington 870 Compact with a pistol grip in his kitchen weapons cabinet, which is seen when he retrieves duct tape from it when his secretary Jean (Chloë Sevigny) is over at his apartment.
