Spriggan (2022): Difference between revisions
The SIG-Sauer P229 is seen in "Berserker". Lieutenant Colonel Maria Clemente uses it while she heads the base's control room. This is different from the manga, wher she doesn't get a weapon and simply defends herself from Professor Mauser with her fists.

The following weapons were used in the anime series Spriggan (2022):
The CAA Tactical RONI is used by underground treasure hunter Yoshino Somei as her personal weapon. This replaces the GIAT FAMAS that she used in the "Forest of No Return" manga arc. That arc also debuted the RONI, which is outfitted with the Glock 18C. Kenichi Kaneko, who helped David productions animated the firearms used in the anime, confirms this on his twitter.
What appears to be a Glock 19 is used by Professor Mauser in "Berserker" after he gets wounded when the ancient mech by the same name awakens. Yoshino appears to use it in "The Forgotten Kingdom" as her personal sidearm.
Yu Ominae uses a SIG-Sauer P226 TACOPS as his preferred sidearm, replacing the P226 in the manga. According to Kaneko, he said that the decision was made in order to update their weapons since the storyline in the manga was updated to be in the present day post-September 11 in the year 2022.

The FN SCAR-L is used by the majority of Machiner's Platoon commandos as their primary assault rifle, being a unit that operates under USSOCOM command. MP commandos operating in Mount Ararat use SCAR-Ls with white camo paint. In "The Forest of No Return", Trident mercenary Iwao Akatsuki is seen taking a SCAR-L from a MP commando zombie. This is likely a reference to the manga, where he was originally carrying the Steyr AUG since TC mercenary are often outfitted with Steyr-made arms.
The Heckler & Koch G36C is used by ARCAM Private Army soldiers as their primary weapon, outfitted with the IDZ stock. In "The Forgotten Kingdom", Captain Steve H. Foster and his crew use them in Ghost Island. In the manga, they're outfitted with a variety of small arms. Kaneko mentioned in his twitter that this was done in order to give them a sense of realism since an organized paramilitary unit would need to have standard weapons in order to share ammo.
The Heckler & Koch XM8 is used by Trident Corporation mercenaries, replacing the Steyr ACR as used in the manga. Yu and Yoshino use captured XM8s throughout "The Forest of No Return".

Heckler & Koch HK416
A Heckler & Koch HK416 is seen with an armed man in the stinger of "The Forgotten Kingdom".

Mk. 18
The Mk.18 is used by British troops in "Berserker", which is not correct. They've would used the SA80. Yu takes one while he tries to hunt down for the Berserker.
The FN SCAR-H is used by American soldiers outfitted with heavy armor. Kaneko said via twitter that the armored soldiers have modules on their helmet visors that help them aim the SCAR-Hs.
An arm-mounted machine gun is used by MP commando Hummingbat in "Flame Serpent". This is unlike the manga version, where he uses a Beretta M9 pistol instead.
The Browning M2 Aircraft is seen on the wrecked remains of a B-29 Superfortress bomber known as Thunder Bolt and on a crashed Grumman TBF Avenger in "The Forgotten Kingdom".
The M67 hand grenade is used throughout "The Forest of No Return", but mostly by Yoshino as she uses it as her weapon when she needs to cause heavy casualties. Yu uses in at the end of "The Crystal Skull" to toss it in the truck used by Kutheimer to escape from Cairo since he's using the Crystal Skull as a last ditch effort to get away.
The Milkor MGL Mk 1L is seen with MP commando Little Boy as his primary weapon in "Noah's Ark", which he later looses after Jean takes it out. This replaces a custom howitzer-type, arm mounted grenade launcher from the manga.
