The [[Primary Weapons Systems MK1]] is the main weapon of McGarrett ([[Alex O'Loughlin]]) in the season, replacing the [[Taran Tactical Innovations TR-1 Ultralight|TTI TR-1 Ultralight]] that he had used in ''[[Hawaii Five-0 (2010) - Season 9|Season 9]]''. It is equipped with a Trijicon MRO red-dot sight, a suppressor (make and model unknown), Magpul RVG, Surefire weapon light, and Troy back-up iron sights. The gun from this season appears to be the same one that was previously used by [[Jon Hamm]] in ''[[Baby Driver]]'', albeit with a different optic and other accessories.

Steve McGarrett (Alex O'Loughlin) continues to carry a SIG-Sauer P226 Navy with a Surefire X300 Ultra weaponlight as his sidearm. Junior Reigns (Beulah Koale) also carries the Navy SIG as his sidearm as well.
A Glock 19 (TTI Combat Master Package) with a Streamlight TLR-7 is used by Tani Rey (Meaghan Rath) as her sidearm. It's used by Quinn Liu (Katrina Law) after she's recruited to Five-0, but only seen once in "Aloha" (S10E22).
Heckler & Koch P30
Detective Danny 'Danno' Williams (Scott Caan) continues to carry as his sidearm the Heckler & Koch P30. Kenji Higashi uses it as his sidearm, first seen in "O 'oe, a 'owau, nalo ia mea" (S10E10).
Heckler & Koch USP Compact
A suppressed Heckler & Koch USP Compact is seen with ex-special forces operator Marcus Sanders in "Ua 'eha Ka 'ili I Ka Maka O Ka Ihe" (S10E01). Cynthia Dean (Andrea Bogart) uses in "He puhe'e miki" (S10E20).
Heckler & Koch VP9
Adam Noshimuri (Ian Anthony Dale) now appears to carry the Heckler & Koch VP9 instead of the Smith & Wesson M&P which he used in the previous season.
