Seeing as the pages were all just corrected from "Und" to "und", I feel it's worth mentioning the same style is supposed to apply to the rest of the title as well. The movie and miniseries should be "Girls und Panzer der Film" (not "Girls und Panzer: Der Film") and "Girls und Panzer das Finale" (same issue), respectively.
