A yakuza wakashu uses an M1911A1 in "Pilot". Monkey has a M1911A1 in "Run Monkey Run", hidden inside a love hotel room fridge.
Kimber Custom TLE II
The Kimber Custom TLE II is used by Bryce, after going by the name of Bryce Fowler, as his personal sidearm. After his death, Monkey takes it until he's forced to leave it behind by burying it.
The SIG-Sauer P226R is seen as a recurring weapon in the series.
Tokarev TT-33
A Tokarev TT-33 is seen in "Bright Lights, Big City" with a yakuza man during Ken Takara's funeral. Regular TT-33s are seen on occasion with the yakuza.

Bryce and Monkey take them at some point in the same episode. Monkey has a stash in the love hotel room closet, serving as a makeshift armory until Yuki destroys it in "Run Monkey Run".
