The following weapons were used in the TV Series Homicide: Life on the Street:

Glock 17

The standard issue to most of the officers and detectives in the Baltimore Police Department is a Glock 17, which at the time was standard issue in real life. BPD officers now use Glock 22s. In the episode "Fallen Heroes", Junior Bunk takes a detective's Glock from his desk and uses it to kill three police officers in the Homicide Squadroom. He then continues firing at other officers and detectives before being shot and killed. Of an interesting note, while most detectives fire their weapon using a two-handed grip, Detective Frank Pembleton (Andre Braugher) often fires his Glock one-handed.
