The following weapons were used in the film Training Day:
Beretta 92FS
Hoyt (Ethan Hawke) carries the LAPD standard issue 9mm Beretta 92FS throughout the film. Much like Hoyt the Beretta 92 has a history of reliability, accuracy and ruggedness. For a "by the books" man like Hoyt the Beretta 92FS is a great choice.
Smith & Wesson 4506
Alonzo (Denzel Washington) carries twin Smith & Wesson 645s in .45 ACP with custom rear sights throughout Training Day. .45 ACP handguns were approved for LAPD carry after the infamous North Hollywood shootout.
Glock 17
Mark, one of the men in Alonzo's unit, carries a Glock 17.
H&K MP5A3
AKS-74U
Used by the Russian Hit Squad.
