The following guns can be seen in the HBO miniseries The Pacific:
Browning M1917
Several men are seen luging this weapon around on their backs. This weapon has the tripod removed. Eugene Sledge is also seen carrying one.
Browning M2
This is one of the two weapons mounted on the LVT's.
Browning M1919
This is the other weapon that's mounted on the LVT's.
M1 Garand
Several Characters are seen using Garand rifles, one man uses it to shoot a Japanese before being stabbed.
Colt M1911A1
Robert Leckie is seen using this weapon and Eugene Sledge and several troops have some holstered.
M1 Carbine
Several of the characters are seen with this weapon including the three main guys: Eugene Sledge, John Basilone, and Robert Leckie.
M1A1 Thompson
Robert Leckie is seen firing this weapon. Many others are seen with Thompsons too.
Type 99 Light Machine Gun
A Japanese soldier is seen firing this weapon.
Reising Submachine Gun
Eugene Sledge is seen with a Reising Model 50 Submachine Gun.
M2 Flamethrower
Several Marines are seen using this weapon on Iwo Jima.
M1A1 Bazooka
The M1A1 Bazooka is seen used by a U.S. Marine who fires it at the Japanese.
