:You mean that the pistol lacks grip safety? Yes, possibly. My poor eyesight and old monitor deceive me, I just cannot say. Smith's 1911 is a standard 1911, while Perry's pistol may be a Star B. You mean that the pistol lacks grip safety? Yes, possibly. My poor eyesight and old monitor deceive me, I just cannot say. Smith's 1911 is a standard 1911, while Perry's pistol may be a Star B.
