Note: The screenshots seen here will be of varying sizes due to the change in aspect ratio in several sequences of the film as Spike Lee used 16mm film for the Vietnam-era flashbacks and the modern-era sequences were recorded in the digital format. In addition, the primary actors portray their younger selves in the Vietnam War flashbacks, the argument being that as we age, we see ourselves in our memories as we currently are and not as we actually looked.
