Revolvers
Colt New Service
In the pilot episode, the Skipper (Alan Hale Jr.) uses a Colt New Service with a 5" barrel.
In "The Sound of Quacking" (Episode 7), the Professor (Russell Johnson) carries two Colt New Service revolvers with 6" barrels.
Colt Official Police
In "Voodoo Something to Me" (Episode 3) the Skipper and Gilligan (Bob Denver) use a Colt Official Police with a 5" barrel.
In "Birds Gonna Fly, Fish Gotta Talk" (Episode 12) the Skipper handles the revolver.
Colt Detective Special
In "Little Island, Big Gun" (Episode 17) Jackson Farrell (Larry Storch) carries a Colt Detective Special.
Single Action Army "Quick Draw"
In "The Sound of Quacking" Gilligan carries matching nickel-plated Single Action Army "Quick Draw" models with stag horn grips.
Single Action Army "Artillery"
In "The Sound of Quacking", Mr. Howell carries two Single Action Army "Artillery" models.
Unknown Revolver
In "The Sound of Quacking", Mrs. Howell (Natalie Schafer) carries an unknown revolver fitted with an oversized prop barrel, simulating an extremely large caliber revolver.

In "So Sorry, My Island Now" (Episode 15) the Japanese Soldier (Vito Scotti) and Gilligan are armed with the Arisaka Type 99 with Type 30 Bayonet.
