Beretta 92FS Inox
In "Project Friendly Fire" (S03E01), ex-CIA agent Herman Joyce (Tomas Arana) can be seen pulling a Beretta 92FS Inox after being surprised by Tom Quinn (Matthew Macfadyen) before Tom then disarms him of the Inox.
Beretta 92SB
Carmen Joyce (Frances Tomelty) is seen retrieving and using a Beretta 92SB once she gets to a safe house in "Project Friendly Fire" (S03E01).
Beretta 9000S
Tom Quinn (Matthew Macfadyen) is seen retrieving and attaching a suppressor to a Beretta 9000S in "The Sleeper" (S03E02).
SIG-Sauer P230
Zoe Reynolds (Keeley Hawes) is seen loading up a SIG-Sauer P230 before chasing after a hitman in "Who Guards the Guards?" (S03E03).

Heckler & Koch G36K
Operators described by Harry Pearce as "Special Forces" (presumably a contingent of SAS Operators or SO19) are seen clearing a stairwell with Heckler & Koch G36Ks with the stocks folded in "Project Friendly Fire" (S03E01). They are once again seen used by the aforementioned nondescript "Special Forces" to take down members of 'Al-F Command' in "The Sleeper" (S03E02). They are also seen used by SO19 operators to shoot out a window in "Who Guards the Guards?" (S03E03).
Sub Machine Guns
Sa. Vz. 61 Skorpion
Members of 'Al-F Command' in "The Sleeper" (S03E02) are seen attempting to perform a hit armed with a suppressed Sa vz. 61 Skorpion. A hitman trying to kill controversial Pakistani novelist 'Zuli' (Simon de Selva) is also seen with one in "Who Guards the Guards" (S03E03).
Sniper Rifles
Gepard M1
The Gepard M1 that was seen placed at the feet of Tom Quinn by CIA Agent Herb Zeigler/Herman Joyce (Tomas Arana) in "Smoke and Mirrors" (S02E10) is seen once again in "Project Friendly Fire" (S03E01) while members of the Joint Intelligence Committee are interrogating MI5 Officers about the events at the end of last season.
Accuracy International Arctic Warfare
In "The Sleeper" (S03E02), a "Special Forces" operator is seen firing an Accuracy International Arctic Warfare from a helicopter, and also from a rooftop.
