Screaming Steel: 1914-1918 is a WW1 mod for Day of Infamy. Its an updated version of the The Trenches and WW1 Source mods of Half-Life. The mod is set on the Western Front of World War I and includes 4 maps (Somme, Passchendaele, Nimy Bridge and Valenciennes). Playable factions are the British Commonwealth (with a British and Canadian squad) and the German Army (which includes the Imperial German Army and the Stosstrupp squad).

Luger P08
The Luger P08 is the standard sidearm for all German classes.
Artillery Model
The Luger P08 Artillery Model appears as the "Lange Pistole 08" and is a playable sidearm for the Fernmelder class.
Mauser C96
Some German classes can choose the Mauser C96 pistol. Like in Day of Infamy, the mid-reload releases the unspent rounds.
Webley Mk. VI
The Webley .455 Mk VI is the standard sidearm for the British Empire and can be equipped with a speed loader and a lanyard.
Webley & Scott Mk. I

Mauser Gewehr 1898
The Mauser Gewehr 1898 is the standard rifle for the German Empire. It can be equipped with a Seitengewehr 98/05 bayonet and stripper clips. The Karabingranate M 1914 is also available for the Schützen class. The Heckenschütze's G98 "Marksman" can be equipped with a Zeiss Glasvisier 16 scope which allows the reloading with stripper clips.
Lee-Enfield No.1 Mk.III*
The Lee-Enfield No.1 Mk.III* appears as the "No. I SMLE" and is the standard rifle for the British Empire. It can be equipped with a Pattern 1907 sword bayonet, stripper clips, an Aldis M1916 scope for the Marksman class or No. 2 "Hale" rifle grenades.

The standard German machine gun is the Maxim MG08/15.

The Wechselapparat M1917 Flamethrower is avaiable for the German Stahlrohrführer class . While you're running, you can hear the fuel sloshing in the tank.

The standard grenade for the BEF is the Mills Bomb.
