SIG-Sauer P230
What seems to be a SIG-Sauer P230 is seen with Shido in a flashforward sequence in "Day 1: 0:00 - 1:00". It's widely used by the Tokyo Metropolitan Police's Security Police Division as their sidearm.

Revolvers
Nambu Model 60
The Nambu Model 60 is seen with Shido in a flashforward sequence in "Day 1: 0:00 - 1:00". Uniformed officers use them as their sidearm.
Submachine Guns
Heckler & Koch MP5A3
The Heckler & Koch MP5A3 is seen wiht a Special Assault Team element assigned to the blacksite from "Day 1: 19:00 - 20:00".
Heckler & Koch MP5J
The Heckler & Koch MP5J is seen with CTU's tactical unit as their main submachine gun. In a likely case of continuity error, NPA SB officer Retsujiro Iwakata (Takeshi Ohnishi) uses a MP5J with a Surefire taclight attached in "Day 1: 20:00 - 21:00".
Assault Rifles
AK-47
AK-47s are used by the bad guys in the show.
AR-15 carbine
An AR-15-type carbine is used by an assassin in "Day 1: 1:00 - 2:00" to shoot at Satanaka and Shido. CTU sniper Tetsuji Harimoto (Manabu Hamada) uses one that's clearly M4/M4A1-based, but has receiver markings of an AR-15 in "Day 1: 17:00 - 18:00".
Sniper Rifles
SVD Dragunov
The SVD Dragunov is seen first in "Day 1: 2:00 - 3:00" by the fake Tsunehiko Minagawa (Yasuyuki Maekawa). This is later used in the show as the supposed means to assassinate Prime Ministerial candidate Urara Asakura. Shido is forced to help the fake Minagawa assemble the Dragunov after using his CTU credentials to get pass SP security in "Day 1: 7:00 - 8:00".
Others
Tranquilizer Pistol
A tranquilizer pistol is used by Shido in "Day 1: 0:00 - 1:00". It appears to be based off a Heckler & Koch Mark 23 pistol frame.
