A Heckler & Koch USP is used by Major Pao Yeung Fan (Kiichi Nakai) as his sidearm after seizing control of the Isokaze.

A SIG SG 552 is seen with combat divers from the DAIS Special Operations Force (SOF) when deployed at Japan Defense Submarine (JDS) Setoshio.
Machine Guns
JM61A1 Vulcan
The JM61A1 Vulcan, the licensed version of the M61A1 Vulcan, is see with Japanese Air Self-Defense Forces (JASDF) F-2 fighters scrambled to intercept the hijacked Isokaze.
Phalanx CIWS
The Phalanx CIWS is seen on the Isokaze and JDS Urakaze.
Grenades
M67 hand grenade
The M67 hand grenade is used by the terrorists after they drop their FTG disguise. Note that the grenades itself are in black color, likely to indicate that they're just inert replicas.
