The Berdan Rifle is seen with an Orok (aka Uilta) hunter in Sakhalin in "The Border". Sofia is seen with it when she engages Okrana forces in "Revolutionary".
The Mosin Nagant M1891 is seen with Imperial Russian Army (IRA) troops in Sakhalin and back in the Russo-Japanese War. Kiroranke is seein with it in "Sin and Impurity", suggesting that he took it with him after freeing Sophie.
The Murata Rifle is once again used by Tanigaki as his main weapon. Tsukishima is likely seen with it in a flashback sequence in "Igogusa" since he said that he first saw action in China when he joined the Imperial Japanese Army. It's believed to be seen with a woman named Sophie in "Meko Oyasi".
