The following guns were shown in the anime franchise Neon Genesis Evangelion, including the original 26 episode series, the finale movie End of Evangelion and the remake Rebuild of Evangelion tetralogy of films.
Evangelion weapons
The giant Evangelion robots use a variety of weapons, several of them purely science fiction "Positron rifles", etc. However, several of their weapons are clearly based on real-life firearms...which have been built on a larger scale so that 40 meter tall humanoid robots can wield them.
Real-life firearms
RPG
One of the JSSDF soldiers used an RPG while infiltrating NERV headquarters.
Browning Hi-Power
A JSSDF soldier puts a Browning Hi-Power to Shinji's head.
Heckler & Koch G11
Most of the JSSDF soldiers were seen using H&K G11s. You can see it clearly—but only for a brief second—when two soldiers shoot at Misato.
Walther PPK
Gendo uses a Walther PPK when confronted by Ritsuko.
Heckler & Kock USP
Misato carries and uses a H&K USP. She is also noted for using one throughout the television series too.
Flame Thrower
A JSSDF soldier used a flame thrower to flush-out and kill NERV members.
