Carlito's Way: Rise to Power is a 2005 direct-to-video prequel to the 1993 film Carlito's Way starring Al Pacino.

Smith & Wesson Model 36
Many mobsters in the film, including Artie Bottolota Sr. (Burt Young) and his son Artie Bottolota Jr. (Domenick Lombardozzi), carry Smith & Wesson Model 36 snubnoses. Reggie (Mtume Gant) also has one, notably seen when he kidnaps Artie Jr. and during his stand-off with Carlito and Nacho.
Smith & Wesson Model 10 HB
A heavy-barreled Smith & Wesson Model 10 can be seen early in the film during vignettes of people being shot.
Ruger Service Six
"Hollywood Nicky" (Sean "P. Diddy" Combs) kills a hood with a Ruger Service Six.
Smith & Wesson Model 64
Carlito Brigante (Jay Hernandez) carries a Smith & Wesson Model 64 as his primary sidearm throughout the film.
Ruger Speed Six Snubnose
Manny Sanchez (Nelson Vasquez) carries a holstered Ruger Speed Six snubnose, which Carlito glances at after shooting him.

Several characters carry third-generation Colt Detective Special snubnoses, including Earl (Mario Van Peebles), Buck (Chuck Zito), and Sigfredo (Juan Carlos Hernandez).
