The CZ 50 / CZ 70 pistol can be seen in the following films used by the following actors:
The Czech CZ 50 pistol was manufactured by Česká Zbrojovka in Strakonice during the immediate post war years in Czechoslovakia, though the design was by Česká zbrojovka Uherský Brod (who would later manufacture the CZ 75 and later guns). The CZ 50 design was based in part, on the Walther PP/PPK line of pistols. The CZ 50 was chambered for .32 ACP. Production of the CZ-50 would end in 1970 and a new and updated version of the same pistol would be introduced, the CZ 70. The CZ 70 has minor but many noticeable cosmetic changes that differentiate it from the CZ 50.
