Exodus (Russian title Iskhod, Mongolian title Тєгсгєл) is a 1968 (filmed 1967) Soviet-Mongolian adventure movie directed by Anatoliy Bobrovskiy and Dshamjangijn Buntar and adapted from a story by Yulian Semyonov. The plot is set during the Mongolian Revolution of 1921. Red Mongols under the command of Sukhbaatar and Red Army clash with the troops of Baron Roman von Ungern-Sternberg, a White Army General turned de facto ruler of Mongolia. Soviet intelligence agent Prokhorov (Vladimir Zamanskiy) acting under the personality of White Colonel, infiltrates Ungern's headquarters.
Note: while the film was never released under an official English title, the reliable source for Exodus title is Yulian Semyonov Cultural Foundation archive. The title Outcome, used in English Wikipedia, seems to be a result of direct translation.

Most Chinese soldiers and some Mongols and Cossacks are armed with Mauser Gewehr 1898 rifles. The rifles are fitted with relatively short bayonets, probably of Karabiner 98k. Some if not all rifles are of post-WW1 modification with tangent-leaf rear sight.
