The following weapons were used in Season 2 of the television series Chicago P.D.:
Sergeant Henry "Hank" Voight (Jason Beghe) changes his primary sidearm from the SIG-Sauer P229R to the SIG-Sauer P226R at the beginning of Season 2
Glock 17
The Glock 17 is the sidearm carried by the majority of the detectives in the Special Intelligence Unit of the Chicago PD including Antonio Dawson (Jon Seda), Detective Jay Halstead (Jesse Lee Soffer), and Alvin Olinsky (Elias Koteas). The Glock is also carried by the majority of the patrol officers on the show, including Officer Adam Ruzek (Patrick John Flueger) and Officer Kim Burgess (Marina Squerciati).
Glock 19
Detective Erin Lindsay (Sophia Bush) carries a Glock 19 as her sidearm. Detective Jay Halstead (Jesse Lee Soffer) can be seen at times with the Glock 19, especially when he's undercover. In "They'll Have to Go Through Me" (S2E07), the crossover episode with Law & Order: SVU, the Glock 19 is also carried by NYPD detectives in the Special Victims Unit including Detective Sgt. Olivia Benson (Mariska Hargitay), Detective Nick Amaro (Danny Pino) and Detective Amanda Rollins (Kelli Giddish)
