Combat Hospital was a Canadian-produced medical drama that focused on the multinational medical personnel operating out of the military hospital at the Kandahar Air Field in Afghanistan. Set in 2007, the series aired for one season on Global Television in Canada and ABC in the United States.

The Inglis Hi-Power is the standard sidearm for all Canadian Forces medical personnel, and are often seen in their leg holsters. Hospital commander Colonel Xavier Marks (Elias Koteas) and Major Rebecca Gordon (Michelle Borth) are the notable CF officers who use them in Kandahar.
Beretta 92FS
The Beretta 92FS is seen with Afghan National Police Major Hasti Samizay (Anne Bedian) as her sidearm.
Beretta 92FS "Non Gun"
A gunman in a burqa who attacks the women's clinic in "Do No Harm" uses a Beretta 92FS Non Gun.

A CIA agent in "Do No Harm" holds a MP5KA4 with a red dot sight while escorting an asset to the hospital.
Assault Rifles
Colt Canada C7A2 (Airsoft Replica)
Colt Canada C7A2 rifles with foregrips are used by Canadian soldiers throughout the series, including Regimental Sergeant Major Graham Kelly (Gord Rand). Closer inspection reveals the rifles to be Classic Army airsoft replicas, modified with the addition of M4-style collapsible stocks and Elcan sights to resemble the C7A2.
Colt Canada C8A3
Col. Marks is also seen with a Colt Canada C8A3 carbine when he's not needed in the operating rooms. Some CA soldiers use them depending on circumstances.
Colt Canada C7A1
A Canadian Army MP searching for an escaped Taliban insurgent has a Colt Canada C7A1 in "Shifting Sands". Some CA soldiers use them depending on circumstances.
M4A1 Carbine
The M4A1 Carbine is seen in the hands of American soldiers throughout the series, most notably in the hands of U.S. Air Force Pararescue Jumpers

A Steyr AUG rifle, standing in for the F88 Austeyr, is carried by Australian Army Major Grace Pedersen (Deborah Kara Unger) when she leaves the base to visit the women's clinic in Kandahar. Australian soliders stationed in Kandahar Airfield use it from time to time.
Heckler & Koch G36K
Soldiers from the German contingent in Kandahar are armed with Heckler & Koch G36K rifles.

Various Afghan National Army soldiers are seen with AK-47s.
