Revolvers
Webley .455 Mk VI
A Webley .455 Mk VI revolver is a murder weapon in "Pilot" (S01E00). A flashback scene reveals the murder, showing the gun in hands of Rosalind Stromming (Flora Montgomery). In "Home" (S01E04) DI Fred Thursday (Roger Allam) takes his wartime revolver when gangsters threaten his daughter.
Webley .455 Mk V
A Webley .455 Mk V (Mk IV is also possible but less credible) is a murder weapon in "Girl" (S01E01). Flashback scenes of two murders show the gun in hands of Wallace Clark (Albert Welling). Millicent Coke Norris (Poppy Miller) uses a Webley Mk V for several murders in "Home" (S01E04).
Colt Detective Special
A compact revolver that belongs to Sir Edmund Sloan (Jonathan Hyde) is seen in "Girl" (S01E01). It is seen only partially but can be identified as a Colt Detective Special.
Astra Cadix
A snub nose revolver is found in Percy Malleson's (James Merry) lanchbox in "Rocket" (S01E03). The shape of the frame and trigger guard resemble Astra revolvers; Astra Cadix seems to be a decent guess (and it fits for 1960s).
Colt Python
During the arrest of gangster Vince Kasper in "Home" (S01E04) one of police officers holds a Colt Python (a strange choice as Pythons were never issued to British police).
Smith & Wesson revolvers
In the opening scene in "Home" (S01E04) DC Endeavour Morse (Shaun Evans) and several other police officers are seen on shooting range. They use revolvers that appear to be some Smith & Wesson model with target sights.
During the arrest of Vince Kasper in same episode several uniformed constables are armed with Smith & Wesson style revolvers of unclear model.
Pistols
Browning Hi-Power
MI5 operative Dempsey (John Light) carries a suppressed Browning Hi-Power in the final scene in "Pilot" (S01E00).
Colt M1911A1
During the confrontation between DI Fred Thursday and London gangster Vince Kasper (Nick Court) in the climactic scene in "Home" (S01E04) the latter holds an M1911A1 pistol.
Shotguns
Mossberg 500
PC Jim Strange (Sean Rigby) and another police officer are armed with Mossberg 500 shotguns during the arrest of gangster Vince Kasper in "Home" (S01E04).
Trivia
A fictional surface-to-air missile, named Standfast Mk 2, is seen in several scenes on munitions factory in "Rocket" (S01E03). The general outlook of the missile is based on such real life British SAMs as Bristol Bloodhound and English Electric Thunderbird. The storyline of purchasing Standfast missiles by a fictional Middle East state is also a reference to Thunderbird that was purchased by Saudi Arabia in 1967.
