The weapons seen in this VideoGame are:
Glock 17/Stallard? as the 'Mag 60'
A pistol very similar to the Glock 17/Stallard can be seen used in the game. It can also be fired continuously like a Glock 18 but alot slower rate of fire.
Pribor-3B Assault Rifle
The machine gun in Duke nukem 3d seems to be similar to a Nordenfelt gun or is possibly a Soviet era Pribor-3B assault rifle but with the pistol grip moved to the rear with a 'sten grip' added therefore making it similar to the hand held GE M134 minigun as seen in Predator and T2JD.
Remington 870 Defender
The shotgun is a black Remington 870 with a rear and front pistol grip.
Prosthetic Hand Held Minigun
A hand held minigun with 8 barrels are seen used by the lizard troopers.
Hand held minigun & underslung grenade launcher
Again, a hand held minigun but a heavier variant with an underslung grenade launcher is seen used by the battlelords.
