The Romarm Model 96 (Romanian: Pistolul-mitralieră Model 1996, PM Md. 1996 for short), sometimes called RATMIL, is an open-bolt, blowback operated submachine gun produced in Romania at Cugir Factory, chambered for 9x19mm. It features an AK-style folding stock, sights and safety. It is used by Romanian law enforcement.

Romarm currently produces the LP 7, a derivative of the Model 96.

Not to be confused with the Sadu ASALT-96.
