| '''''Journey Southwest''''' (original title ''Cesta na jihozápad'') is a Czechoslovakian 1989 adventure western movie, based on the literature works of [[Jack London]]. Ben is a teenage boy, who after the tragic death of his father, stay in the camp of goldminers and is forced to serve them. It is only when Chett Adams appears to be in the town, that Ben gets hope for better fate. Chett not only determined a cardsharper O'Brien, but for winning he wants the boy to send to the southwest to school. But Ben's journey is not easy. The adventure that he will survive with a old gold-digger, is pursued by robbers, means a hard school of life, at the end of which no longer a boy, but an adult man.
