The following guns were used in the film Jaws
M1 Garand
Chief Brody (Roy Scheider) uses an M1 Garand at the end of the film to fire several shots at "Bruce", the shark, and delivers the final shot to the air tank in the shark's mouth with the rifle. Several coast guards are also seen armed with M1s, most notabley when they surround the two boys pretending to be the shark by wearing a fake fin.
Smith & Wesson Model 15
Chief Brody (Roy Scheider) uses a Smith & Wesson Model 15 revolver as his issued sidearm and uses it to fire several shots at the shark as it passes the boat, "The Orca".
W.W. Greener Harpoon (built from Martini-Henry)
The Harpoon gun used by Quint (Robert Shaw) is W.W. Greener based upon a Martini-Henry carbine rifle, with a nickel finish. The spool housing the line or cord that is situated under the muzzle has been removed. Instead, the reel is attached to the ship to handle bigger fish like sharks.
