Molly's Game is a 2017 true life drama based on the life of Molly Bloom (Jessica Chastain), a beautiful young Olympic-class free-style skier, who after a career ending injury, ran the world's most exclusive high-stakes poker game for a decade before being arrested in the middle of the night by 17 FBI agents wielding automatic weapons. Her customers included Hollywood royalty, sports stars, business titans, and finally, unbeknownst to her, members of a Russian mob. Following her arrest, her only ally was her criminal defense lawyer Charlie Jaffey (a fictional version of her actual lawyer and portrayed in the film by Idris Elba), who learned that there was much more to Molly than the tabloids led the public to believe. The film's screenplay, which was based heavily on Bloom's autobiographical memoir, was written by Aaron Sorkin, the noted screenwriter of such acclaimed works as A Few Good Men and The West Wing, and who made his feature film directorial debut here.
The following weapons were used in the film Molly's Game:
Smith & Wesson 5946
A mafia goon credited as "Stranger" (A.C. Peterson) is seen using what appears to be a Smith & Wesson 5946 to threaten Molly.
M4A1 Carbine
FBI agent is seen carrying the M4A1 Carbine during the rain on Molly Bloom's apartment and her arrest. The M4A1 is equipped with holographic sight, tactical light and foregrip.
