The following weapons were used in the anime series Puella Magi Madoka Magica:
Handguns
Beretta 92FS
Homura Akemi uses a Beretta 92FS. Presumably stolen from a US Army base, meaning that it is intended to be a U.S. military issued Beretta M9.
Desert Eagle Mark XIX
Homura steals a Desert Eagle Mark XIX from a Yakuza locker room.
Shotguns
Remington Model 870
A Remington M870 with a ribbed barrel and synthetic furniture is stolen along with a Desert Eagle and a sword from a Yakuza locker room.
Rifles
Percussion-lock rifled musket
Mami Tomoe's main weapons are magically summoned percussion rifles. Endless numbers of them can be summoned to be wielded as clubs and fired by hand or remotely by magic. They are able to fire shotgun shells, as well as strings that emerge from her bullets to wrap around and restrain targets.
Mami is able to summon widely varying lengths, sizes, and calibers, as can be seen in the Tiro Finale. She even summons double-barrel shotguns and a handgun in the follow-up movie, but mostly uses the rifles in full infantry length, alongside carbines.
They're interestingly referred to as "rifled muskets," which would imply that they were originally a smoothbore design that was upgraded with rifling.
Howa Type 89
Homura steals a Howa Type 89 from a JGSDF base. Mainly used to defend herself from witch minions especially during Walpurgis night.
Machine Guns
M249
Homura is seen killing witches with a hybrid M249 SAW that appears to be a Para variant with a fixed or collapsible stock. Presumably stolen from either a JGSDF or a US Army base.
Grenades
M26 hand grenade
Homura uses several M26 hand grenades.
M84 stun grenade
Homura uses a M84 stun grenade in episode 9.
Pipe Bomb
On request from Mami to find a more potent weapon than a golf club, Homura creates home-made pipe bombs with instruction from the internet.
Heavy Weapons
AT4
During the final battle dozens of AT-4s are summoned from Homura's "hammer space" along with RPGs and fired en masse at Walpurgis Night.
RPG-7
During the final battle dozens of RPG-7s are summoned along with AT-4s and fired en masse at Walpurgis Night.
M224 mortar
A battery of M224 Mortar are seen firing at Walpurgis Night during the final battle. Presumably stolen from United States Forces Japan stocks.
Type 88 Surface-to-Ship Missile
Homura summons a battery of Type 88 SSMs during the Walpurgis Night. Presumably stolen from JGSDF stocks.
Finale Cannon
Mami uses three immensely sized percussion cannon in her finishing move, called the Tiro Finale. The first is one equipped with a percussion-lock, used in Episode 2.
Finale Cannon #2, used in Episode 3, is noticeably smaller, and has the black cosmetic panels seen on her muskets, but interestingly features no action; Mami magically ignites the match of the weapon to fire it.
Finale Cannon #3 is seen in the same episode and is used as a mounted weapon via bipod. Mami also operates an actual grip on the weapon instead of tucking it under her shoulder like the other two.
