The Perfect Weapon is a 1991 martial arts action film directed by Mark DiSalle and was intended to introduce martial arts expert Jeff Speakman to the moviegoing audience. The cast includes John Dye, Professor Toru Tanaka, Mako Iwamatsu, James Hong, and Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa. Set in Los Angeles, the film stars Speakman as Jeff Sanders, an ordinary construction worker who also is trained in the martial art of American Kenpo, and finds himself in a fight against the Korean mafia.

Beretta 92FS
A Korean thug who tries to shoot Jeff when the latter interrupts the former's raid on Kim's store is armed with a Beretta 92FS. Two of Sam's henchmen also pull out pistols to try to kill Jeff but are stopped before they fire.

SIG-Sauer P226
Adam Sanders (John Dye) briefly points his SIG-Sauer P226 handgun at Jeff when the two get into an argument. He doesn't fire it, but later on Tanaka uses the weapon to free himself from handcuffs.
Walther PP
Kai (Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa) is armed with a Walther PP at the climax when he threatens Jeff.
Colt Official Police
A pair of police officers who attempt to apprehend Tanaka are armed with Colt Official Police revolvers. They never actually fire the weapons since they are quickly incapacitated by the hulking giant's martial arts.
IMI Micro Uzi
A thug who tries to kill Jeff in the warehouse is armed with a Micro Uzi.
Taser
Adam is armed with an early version of the Taser which he uses to subdue Tanaka following the car chase.
