Four Sheets of Plywood (Ukrainian Чотири листи фанери; Chotyry lysty fanery) is a 1992 Ukrainian crime detective (Known as Четыре листа фанеры, или Два убийства в баре; Chetyre lista fanery, ili dva ubiystva v bare, lit. Four Sheets of Plywood or two murders in the bar in Russian). Young widow Sofia meets the experienced police detective Captain Bohdan Mazepa. Soon, she falls in love, but Capt. Mazepa soons learns his new lover has a dark side. This movie directed by Ivan Gavrilyuk, and, currently, his only directional work.
