Malay Regiment is 2017 Malaysian war film directed by Dato' Jurey Latiff Rosli, based on the real-life events of Operations Kota Gubir I and II, where an elite soldiers from the 17th Royal Malay Regiment (17th RMR) unit have ambushed several communist camps at Malaysia-Thai border, near Gubir, Kedah.
