The following weapons were used in Season 3 of the television series The 100:
Pistols
Smith & Wesson Model 60
The same pistol that appeared in the last episode of season 2 can be seen in "Wanheda: Part One" (S3E01).
Taurus PT92AFS
Titus (Neil Sandilands) in "Thirteen" (S3E07) can be seen armed with a Taurus PT92 when he attempts to shoot Clarke.
Rifles/Carbines
CAA Tactical RONI
The CAA Tactical RONI carbine kit (possibly using a Glock 17 as the internal firearm) is seen again with the "Sky People". The guns are never seen truly firing, though, as every scene with them are CG generated muzzle flashes, which indicates that they may be airsoft replicas.

M134 Minigun
The Arkadia rover can be seen with a M134 Minigun attached to it at the front.
