""Godless"" is a 7-episode 2017 western mini series written and directed by Scott Frank (Logan, A Walk Among the Tombstones) and streamed by Netflix. Set in the New Mexico territory in the 1880s, it tells the story of a ruthless outlaw who will stop at nothing to find and kill a member of his gang who betrayed and injured him during a heist, which leads him to a town populated almost entirely by women in the wake of a mining disaster. The show stars Jack O'Connell (Unbroken), Michelle Dockery (Downton Abbey), and Jeff Daniels. It's notable for its very accurate depiction and dialogue regarding firearms of the Old West, as well as including many period firearms besides the Colt Single Action Army.
