The following weapons were used in the US Drama series JAG:
Beretta 92FS
Standard Issue side-arm for the US military and is used in various episodes throughout JAG by Lieutenant Commander Harmon Rabb, Admiral A.J. Chegwidden, Lieutenant Colonel Sarah Mackenzie and various other US Military personnel.
Heckler & Koch MP5N
Used in episodes featuring the Navy SEALs with and without silencers.
Heckler & Koch MP5K
The Heckler & Koch MP5K is seen used frequently over the series, most notably by Rabb to rescue Lieutenant Painter in "Defensive Action" and to prove his point by shooting the courtroom ceiling in "Heroes".
M16
Frequently seen in the flashbacks to Vietnam, such as in the episode "Survivors".
M16A2
Used by the US Marines in the series as their standard Issued Rifle, incorrectly shown as having a fully automatic function. (Note: If the show is filmed in Canada, the Canadian M16s don't have the 3 round burst of the U.S. Models thus the movie armorers would use that version of the rifle. Also Movie Armorers of either the U.S. or Canada can use any full auto lower and build up an A2 looking rifle when needed).
Can also be seen in the episode "Code of Conduct" being used by the SEALs and incorrectly shown being used by a US Army Special Forces Soldier in "Tribunal".
- Actually, these are M16A1s with A2 handguards, so they'd be full auto anyway. - Gunmaster45
M16A2 Rifle with a M203 grenade launcher
Ocassionaly seen being carried by various members of the US armed forces on the show.
FIM-92A Stinger
A stinger missile was stolen and used in the season 1 episode "Brig Break".
MAC-11
Rabb and several bodyguards were armed with MAC-11s in the season 1 episode "War Cries".
Remington 870 Shotgun
Found and used by Rabb in the episode "Sightings".
Browning 308
A Browning 308 was the personal hunting rifle of one of Lieutenant Commander Rabbs clients in "Survivors".
Smith & Wesson 5906
A Smith and Wesson was the sidearms used by the local sheriffs in "Survivors".
SA Vz.61 Skorpion
Seen being used by Russian Secret Service in season 1s "Hemlock", and by members of "The Shining Path" in "War Cries".
Kalashnikov rifles and Norinco Type 56
During the shows ten seasons several episodes were set in Russia, Chechnya, Cuba, Iraq, China, etc, as well as flashbacks to the Korean War, Vietnam, and the Cold War. Throughout this many varieties of Kalashnikov rifles have been seen, as well as the Chinese manufactured Norinco Type 56 rifles. Unlike most movies and television shows JAG was usually pretty accurate about having the right rifle type for the locations.
Norinco Type 54
Seen being used/carried by Chinese officers.
Type 69 RPG
The Type 69 was used by terrorists in the season 1 episode "War Cries".
Colt M1911A1
Used by also used by Jason Magida in the episode "Secrets" when he holds the JAG staff hostage, Admiral Chegwidden in "Ghosts" to hold Osbourne at gun point. Used by then Lieutenant Boone in "A Separate Peace" to shoot and kill An Le Tam.
Browning Hi-Power
Used by British Forces in "Trinity".
FN FAL
Used by British Forces in "Trinity".
Sterling SMG
Used by British Forces in "Trinity".
M4 Carbine
Used by Marines in the episodes "The Boast" and "Death at the Mosque", with and without various attachments.
FN M249 SAW
Used by Marines when advancing to their target in "Death at the Mosque"
Benelli M3
Used by the Admiral and Harm in "Going After Francesca"
