Pistols
Bruni ME-8 Police
Klineman Halpen (Tim McInnerny) uses a Bruni ME-8 Police (presumably standing in for a Walther PPK) to threaten the Doctor (David Tennant) and Donna Noble (Catherine Tate), before he becomes an Ood in the episode "Planet of the Ood".
SIG P226
The SIG P226 is carried as the sidearm of various UNIT soldiers in "The Sontaran Stratagem" and "The Poison Sky". It is seen used by Privates Carl Harris (Clive Standen), Steve Grey (Wesley Theobald) and Ross Jenkins (Christian Cooke), in addition to Colonel Mace (Rupert Holliday-Evans)
Tokyo Marui Airsoft Hi-Capa 4.3
A Tokyo Marui Airsoft Hi-Capa 4.3 (presumabley standing in for a real life STI Edge) is used by the clone Martha Jones (Freema Agyeman) and Luke Rattigan (Ryan Sampson) in "The Poison Sky".
Revolvers
Webley Mk IV
In "Voyage of the Damned", the captain of the starship Titanic carried a Webley Mk IV as his personal sidearm. In "The Doctors Daughter", General Cobb (Nigel Terry) carries one as his sidearm. It is later used by The Doctor (David Tennant) to threaten him.
Submachine Guns
FNP90 (Modified)
Modified FNP90s can be seen used in The Doctors Daughter by Human soldiers, including Cline (Joe Dempsie) and Jenny (Georgia Moffett) on Messaline. The props have long gas canisters attached to the bottom of the stock, and appear to use acetylene gas or similar to simulate gunfire for safety reasons.
Assault Rifles
M4A1 Carbine
M4A1 Carbines are used by the Ood Operations security forces during the episode Planet of the Ood. The M4A1s are being seen used with Beta C-Mags, ACOGs, tactical lights, Eotechs and front grips.
Heckler & Koch G36
UNIT soldiers, including Private Carl Harris (Clive Standen) and Private Steve Grey (Wesley Theobald) are seen carrying Heckler & Koch G36C's as their primary weapon in "The Sontaran Stratagem" and "The Poison Sky". They are rendered useless by the Sontaran's Cordolaine signal, which excites the copper atoms in bullets and causes them to expand in the gun barrel. Some human soldiers on Messaline are also seen using them in "The Doctors Daughter".
Olympic Arms K23B Tactical
UNIT soldiers use M4-type rifles similar to the Olympic Arms K23B Tactical in the episode "The Poison Sky", during the assault on the ATMOS factory. They are said to be firing steel-jacketed rounds, due to copper-jacketed rounds being rendered useless because of the Sontarans Cordolaine signal.
Machine Guns
Fabrique Nationale Minimi
A FN Minimi is seen briefly being fired by a Ood Operations security operative at the Ood in the episode "Planet of the Ood".
Other
FIM-92A Stinger
An FIM-92A Stinger is used by UNIT to regain access to the Atmos factory in 'The Poison Sky'.
Sontaran Battle Rifle
Sontaran soldiers carry a fictional battle rifle in "The Sontaran Stratagem" and "The Poison Sky". It fires red laser bolts that kill the target with no noticeable entry or exit wounds.
