Pistols
Glock 17
TheGlock 17 is seen being used by CO6 (Diplomatic Protection Group) officers in "The Aliens Of London" and "World War Three". In the episode "Dalek", GeoComTex security guards carry them as their standard sidearms.
Beretta 92FS
The Beretta 92FS is carried by security guards on Game Station as their primary sidearm, seen in "Bad Wolf". Captain Jack Harkness (John Barrowman) is later seen using one in his last stand against the Daleks in "The Parting of the Ways".
SIG P226
The SIG P226 is briefly seen being used by civilian GeoComTex employees in "Dalek" in their armed stand against the Dalek.
Smith & Wesson 6906 (Modified)
Suki Macrae Cantrell / Eva San Julien (Anna Maxwell-Martin) uses a futuristic modified Smith & Wesson 6906 to threaten The Editor (Simon Pegg) in "The Long Game".

Short Magazine Lee-Enfield
British Soldiers guarding the crashed Chula Warship in the episodes "The Empty Child" and "The Doctor Dances" during the London Blitz in 1941 are armed with Lee-Enfield No.1 MkIII* rifles.
Assault Rifles
Enfield L85A2
The Enfield L85A2 is used by British Army Paratroopers guarding Albion Hospital and 10 Downing Street in "Aliens of London" and "World War Three". The Paratroopers inside 10 Downing Street and the hospital use Surefire tactical lights on their L85A2s.
Heckler & Koch G36
The Heckler & Koch G36 (in all three variants) is the most frequently used weapon in the series. They are seen used by GeoComTex security personnel in "Dalek" and Game Station security officers in "Bad Wolf" and "The Parting of the Ways". Captain Jack Harkness (John Barrowman) and other civilians are also seen using the weapons in "The Parting of the Ways"

Captain Jack Harkness (John Barrowman) is seen using a derringer style laser blaster stored in an intimate area in "Bad Wolf".
Defabricator Gun
Captain Jack Harkness (John Barrowman) reprogrammes a defabricator (used to disintegrate clothing) into a powerful weapon he uses in "Bad Wolf" and "The Parting of the Ways". It is also briefly used by The Doctor (Christopher Eccleston).
