One of the police officers riding on the SEC boats to arrest George Bluth, Sr. (Jeffrey Tambor) in the pilot episode carries a Mossberg 500.
Benelli M1 Super 90
In Making a Stand (S3E08), one of the probation officers hired by Buster and J. Walter Weatherman to teach a lesson to George Sr., G.O.B., and Michael wields what appears to be a Benelli M1 Super 90 shotgun.

Beretta 92FS
Gun rights activist and actor Moses Taylor (Rob Corddry) uses a Beretta 92FS as the character "Det. Frank Wrench" on his TV show "Wrench", seen with it in the opening credits. Other LAPD officers can be seen with Berettas throughout the show.
Tokarev TT-33
One of the two pistols wielded by G.O.B. (Will Arnett) in Making a Stand is a Tokarev TT-33.
M1911A1
The other pistol held by G.O.B. in Making a Stand is a M1911A1, which is later used by George Sr. (Jeffrey Tambor) to shoot off the arm of J. Walter Weatherman in order to teach his kids a lesson. Buster (Tony Hale) later picks it up when he enters the room.
Glock 19
Det. Munch (Richard Belzer, mocking his role from Homicide: Life on the Street), carries a Glock 19 in Exit Strategy in his holster when he tricks Tobias into giving the police evidence against the Bluths by holding a scrapbooking class.

Winchester Model 70
During a flashback to a "Monkey Freedom Rally" in The One Where Michael Leaves, a man is seen holding a rifle resembling a Winchester Model 70.
Springfield M1903A3
Buster Bluth (Tony Hale) has a Springfield M1903A3 slung over his back when dressed as a "soldier" during his father's mock funeral in Good Grief.
AK-47
The "Columbians" hired by Michael to intimidate his father to teach him a lesson in Making a Stand have AK-47 derivatives during George Sr.'s "kidnapping". Michael (Jason Bateman) himself holds one.
SA Vz. 58
The Iraqi troops carry side-folding SA Vz. 58 assault rifles when Michael and Buster go to find G.O.B. in Exit Strategy.
